Wide Stile End PanelsThis product is shipped in four separate pieces. The face and back panels will overlap the left and right sides creating seams on each side. Face and back panels are attached using the "pre-glued" green dowels included in your hardware package. Soak these dowels in water first, then insert, and firmly press face panel to the sides to complete the assembly.

Description

Wide stile TALL finished end panel for a thick end panel look. This product is shipped in separate pieces, joined together on site by the customer with pre-glued dowels that will be included with your hardware kit. Soak the dowels in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, then insert into the predrilled holes, snuggly push the parts together keeping holes aligned. Allow to dry for about 8 hours before installation. *Please note that our CNC machine may experience issues with dowel hole alignments on very tall TFEs. This can affect perfect alignment and will require the customer to use their preferred adhesive to attach the front and back wide stile pieces. **Top and bottom edges do not have edge banding.

Cabinet Cases are made in Oregon, ultra durable thermally fused grey laminate (flat, no grain, plywood core with MDF cross bands) and banded with extremely durable 1mm thick banding
Drawer Boxes are made in Oregon, dovetailed 5/8" Baltic birch plywood (fully assembled, notched, sanded, then clearcoat finished to ensure smooth joints)

Hardware
Knobs and Pulls are not included with any of our cabinets
Hinges are made in North Carolina, Blum "Inserta" Blumotion (soft closing, self closing)
Drawer slides are made in North Carolina, Blum Tandem plus Blumotion (soft closing, heavy duty)
All needed hardware for assembly is included with your order (includes assembly screws, shelf pins, hinge plates, etc)

Notes
Construction holes will be visible on the sides, top, and bottom of the cabinet once assembled.
Finished end panels(ordered separately)should be ordered to finish off the exposed cabinet sides after installation.
